Karli fish

Karli, also known as the Silver Bar Fish or Wolf Herring, is a long, sword-like seawater fish highly prized in coastal Indian cuisine, particularly in Goan and Maharashtrian households. While it is famous for its exceptionally sweet and delicate white meat, it is equally known for being very bony, containing many fine, needle-like bones.
